The Tarrazu region of Costa Rica consistently produces some of Central America's finest coffees, and our single-origin selection is no exception. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil at high altitudes, these strictly hard bean (SHB) grade beans are dense and flavourful. The cup is remarkably clean, with a bright, citric acidity that never overwhelms. Notes of orange zest, honeycomb, and toasted hazelnut create a perfectly balanced and highly drinkable coffee.
