1.3. Freshly Beans Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services or make purchases.
2. Orders & Payment
2.1. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2. Prices displayed on our website are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
2.3. Payment is accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
2.4. For subscription orders, payment will be automatically charged on each renewal date. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings, effective from the next billing cycle.
2.5. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to protect your financial information. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We ship internationally to over 40 countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
3.2. Free standard shipping is available on orders above the applicable threshold for your region. This threshold is displayed in your local currency at checkout.
3.3. Estimated delivery times are as follows: United States (3-5 business days), United Kingdom (2-4 business days), Europe (4-7 business days), Asia-Pacific (7-14 business days), Rest of World (10-21 business days).
3.4. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country of import. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
3.5. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Freshly Beans pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened coffee products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4.2. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging.
4.3. If you are unsatisfied with the taste or quality of a product, contact our customer service team. We offer a “Freshness Guarantee” and will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving a refund request.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the Freshly Beans website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, blog content, and software, is the property of Freshly Beans Ltd and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
5.3. The Freshly Beans name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Freshly Beans Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freshly Beans Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products.
6.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
6.3. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide our website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer residing in the European Union, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
