Sourced from the birthplace of coffee, our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a stunning single-origin light roast that embodies everything we love about specialty coffee. Grown at elevations above 1,800 metres in the lush Gedeo Zone, these beans are washed-processed to preserve their delicate floral character. Each cup blooms with jasmine and bergamot aromatics, giving way to a vibrant lemon-lime acidity and a clean, tea-like body. The finish lingers with hints of raw honey and stone fruit.
